New gluten-free recipe: hummus starter

We are sharing our hummus recipe, a starter or appetizer looking as a kind of purée made of chickpeas, sesame, garlic and lemon. It is a typical dish in many different countries, a recipe coming from the Middle East.

We are fans of hummus at home. Many often, we make it when we have some guests, but we do also make it for picnics. Our 3-year-old kid likes it too. It is a very easy recipe and we can cook it with children playing to mix all ingredients before grinding everything.

You can eat it with pita or with any kind of chips.
